Enjoy your Hogmanay around the fire pit with toasted marshmallows and champagne or a dram and welcome in the new year to the sound of the bagpipes.
New Year’s Day
1 January
New Year’s Day brunch with Bucks Fizz, bloody Mary or virgin Mary.
Optional activities at the castle, for example: cycling, quad biking, yoga and kick boxing.
Light lunch or a picnic in the garden.
Afternoon screening of a selected favourite classic movie with afternoon tea.
Three course dinner featuring the Carlowrie Scottish steak pie, a delicious traditional Marshall family recipe.
2nd January

Full Scottish breakfast.
Morning at leisure.
Departure at 10.30am.
