With 25 years experience in kitchens across Europe, Adam settled in Scotland in 2004 working as sous and head chef through some of Scotland’s finer hotels.

Whether fine dining for select groups or banqueting for 300 in our marquee, Adam is unflappable and precise  leading the brigade.
